This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the Terms and Conditions for processing refunds for all orders, AI Engine access, and other related services (collectively, the "Services") purchased from the Service Provider ("we," "us," "our") through the website https://www.talkonautai.com/ (the "Website").
By completing a purchase on our Website, you (the "Customer," "you," "your") affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. This policy is an integral part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our main Terms and Conditions.

All refund requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase date. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date we officially approve your request.

Your full name (as used during the purchase)
The email address used for the purchase
Your Order ID or Invoice Number
The date of the purchase
A clear and detailed reason for the refund request

We are committed to customer satisfaction but must also protect the digital nature of our Services. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Failure. You experience a verifiable and reproducible technical issue that prevents you from materially using the Service, AND our technical support team has been unable to resolve this issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 3-5 business days) after you have provided all necessary information and cooperation to diagnose the problem.
Non-Delivery. You paid for Credits but those were not delivered or made accessible to you, and our support team was unable to provide you with access after being notified.
Unused Credits. You have the right to request a refund of completely unused Credits within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
Due to the immediate access and utility of digital services, refunds will not be granted in the following (but not limited to) situations:
Used Services or Consumed Credits. You have the right to request a refund for completely unused Credits within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. However, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content, when purchasing and checking the consent box at checkout, you provide your express prior consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal entirely once the service performance begins, such as generating content, consuming any amount of Credits, or accessing AI features. No partial refunds will be issued for partially consumed credit packages.
Change of Mind After Usage. You have changed your mind, are dissatisfied with the generated content (despite the AI Engine being fully functional), or no longer have a need for the Service after you have already consumed Credits.
Customized or Personalized Services. Any Service that has been specifically configured, customized, or personalized for you (such as bespoke API key configurations or custom AI model training) is non-refundable unless complete delivery fails.
Violation of Terms. Your account is suspended, limited, or terminated because you have violated our Terms and Conditions (e.g., generating illegal, harmful, or prohibited content).
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer. You provided incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information (e.g., a wrong email address) during checkout that prevented the successful delivery of the Service, and you did not contact support to correct this within a reasonable timeframe.
Processing Time. We will endeavor to process all valid and approved refund requests within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date we officially approve your request. Please note that once we process the refund on our end, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account statement.
Payment Method. Approved refunds will be processed and returned only to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., the credit card or payment account on file). We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment service.
Unavailable Original Payment Method. In the event your original payment method is no longer available (e.g., an expired credit card or a closed account), we reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and identity verification before deciding whether a refund can be issued via an alternative method, at our sole discretion. This is to prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason, or in an attempt to fraudulently obtain a refund for Services you have already consumed, we reserve the right to:

Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider by providing them with the evidence of your consent to these terms, your account activity, and logs showing your consumption of Credits;
Refuse future service to you.
Please be aware that filing a fraudulent chargeback is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may constitute friendly fraud.
We (the Service Provider) reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will indicate the latest revision. For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on our Website).
