Account opening for individuals. Customers may create an account with the Service Provider by providing a personal email address. The Service Provider has the capability to determine the location of the Customer's device and connection used for the registration process. In the event of any inconsistencies between the Customer's stated place of residence or habitual residence and the results of the verification performed by the Service Provider, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the creation of an account or selling Credits to the Customer. Customers are only permitted to create a single account and must not use a VPN connection while accessing the Website. The Service Provider may verify the Customer's information by requesting appropriate documentation, such as identification documents, payment method documentation, authorization to act on behalf of the Customer, and contact information such as phone number or email address. The Customer is required to provide the requested documentation or scans within 1 (one) business day of the request being made. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in the rejection of the registration or the cancellation of the order for Credits purchase, along with a refund.

Some of our support functions, like requests to change your profile information, update your payment method, actualise subscription details, etc., may be processed by our AI-based chatbot. The chatbot will always request for your consent for a particular action, and its activities will be logged in our files.

AI Functions. Our Service primarily offers you AI Engine Services and other AI-based functions, like suggesting possible answers in chat, automatic information verification or translation of live conversations. This list may be enlarged in future. AI Engine and similar services generate responses by analyzing a user's input and predicting the most likely words to follow. As a result, the output may not always be factually accurate. Therefore, you should not rely on it for factual information. If you notice that AI Engine's output contains inaccurate information about you and you want it corrected, you can submit a correction request to our Customer Support email. Due to the technical complexity of our models, we might not be able to rectify the inaccuracy in every case. In that situation, you can request that we remove your Personal Information from AI Engine's Output Data.
Cross-device tracking. If you login to your account with us using multiple devices (for instance, your phone and laptop), we will link your devices to your account. This allows us to provide a seamless user experience to you.
